From the region

At Brasserie Meelfabriek Zijlstroom we try to use local products as much as possible, we even grow some of our own vegetables and herbs. Taste cheeses from the ‘Groene Hart’, artisanal bread by Brood van Nu, meat from Boterhuispolder  and milk products by Kwakernaak. or what about our own brand of coffee Johannes. We serve breakfast from 10 am and dinner from 5 pm.
